The first week of 2019 is coming to an end, and I must say this year is starting on a good note! I tried a new recipe and was successful; magazine business is getting off to a promising start; and I'm feeling a little less dependent on Mountain Dew these days. We're getting back into a routine and things are slowing back down to a normal pace.

I picked up this pretty blouse for under $10 before Christmas. Sadly, it's not quite that discounted anymore, but you can snag it for under $30 right now. Typically I avoid crepe in tops because they tend to wrinkle easily, but I didn't find that to be the case with this top. I obviously dressed it down (although I'm not 100% on my shoe choice -- I think I would've liked it better with red flats), but you could easily make this work appropriate with red slacks or a skirt. It would also be perfect for a casual Valentine's date! I'm a solid medium at Old Navy and wearing this in medium.
