I found this dress completely by accident. I was in Old Navy with my mom who was exchanging a pair of shorts when I spotted this beauty. At 40% off, I couldn't say no. The material is thick but not heavy; the buttons above the waist are just for decoration so you don't have to worry about gapping; and it's got such pretty embroidery around the hem. I paired it with my trusty dark denim jacket for an overcast, kind-of drizzly day and nude wedges for a more casual vibe. This wouldn't be hard to dress up though. I'm 5'2" and wear size M.
