Last week did not go the way that I had planned it to go, and unfortunately a lot of the things that happened are things I cannot talk about on this blog. Just know that I had several blog posts planned that I wasn't able to get finished, and I'm pretty bummed that it's too late for some of them now.

Anyway, this week is going to be crazy hectic with some school-wide testing. Outside of that, we're continuing our study of A Christmas Carol and working on learning about some winter holidays and putting together an explanatory essay. Honestly, my lesson plans are probably going to get blown up depending on how the week works out.

I worked the last middle school basketball games of the season last week, and I'm glad I got to watch. The boys game, especially, was a good one and came down to the last few minutes. There was also a teacher ornament-painting event during one of our planning periods one day (I can't remember which day) and that was fun.

This weekend, my parents went with Alexis and me to a local Christmas festival that we've been trying to get to for the past few years. It was so much fun. If you haven't already, check out the pictures on my Instagram or Facebook page.

That's going to do it for me for now. I'm trying to get some new content out for y'all this week. I'll definitely have a real outfit roundup and reading roundup for November. I'm also working on my Christmas list, and I'd like to update my holiday movie list.
